Our sports programme is designed to give children a first hand experience of different sports within the school setting. Each sport is tailor made to suit the individual needs of the children.

The programme focuses on 4 core areas, balance, co-ordination, agility and speed (fundamentals of movement).

The emphasis is to work on these skills in a fun and challenging way to give children a positive first experience of sport. Our sports are tailored to meet the needs of those we are working with, varying from all major sports such as basketball, football, tag-rugby, dodgeball, cricket and many other sports to keep young people active.Perfect for children 4 to 11 years old, giving them a foundation to build confidence and self-esteem through sports.
